当前中国已经进入以工促农、以城带乡的发展阶段。农村社区建设不仅要求农村社区自身的组织重建和功能转变,也是整个国家乡村发展战略和乡村治理方式的重大转变。深入分析农村社区建设面临的问题和困难,是开展农村社区建设的基础和前提。指出加强农村社区建设,必须加大资源整合力度,拓展社区建设的空间,从而实现农村社区建设与经济发展的协调互动。

Nowadays, China has stepped into the development stage of promoting agriculture by industry and de- veloping rural towns by cities. The construction of rural communities requires not only the organization re-con- struction and function change, but also the great change of the whole national rural development strategy and management. The deep analysis of the problems and difficulties that would be faced with while constructing rural communities is the foundation and premise. To enhance the construction, it is necessary to emphasize on re- source integration and expand the construction space in order to reach the harmony interaction between communi- ty construction and economic development.
