摘要
分析了现行整车强制性法规中总布置相关的内容,研究了整车人机工程设计要求。基于Catia数模参数化模块方法以及模型关联参数化理论,提出了一整套以整车总布置参数为基础的整车总布置法规参数化模型和整车人机工程参数化模型。并以其智能化的自动更新、准确高效的校核检查,为整车总布置工作提供了强大的检查工具。确保了整车总布置校核的准确性,提高了整车总布置校核的时效性。从而有效地提高了整车开发质量,缩短了整车开发周期,降低了整车开发成本。
The Chinese mandatory legal requirement of vehicle packaging and ergonomics boundary requirements are researched and analyzed. According to the CATIA parametric design meth- ods and the automatic link properties, a series of package legal requirements design models and the er- gonomics boundary design models is created base on the same vehicle package dimensions. These mod- els could update automatically and check accurately, could be the powerful tools for vehicle package. It could keep the vehicle package more accurate and more efficient. It could reduce the product devel- opment cost and shorten the product development cycle, and make good effect on the vehicle develop- ment quality.
