摘要
在研发项目管理过程中,通过量化管理的方式,可实现科学分配、管理和评价。同时积累的管理数据,可为整个体系的持续改善搭建基础。随着对管理的效率、准确度要求的不断提高,如何建立有效快速的量化管理体系是PCB研发管理的一个发展趋势。文章通过设定项目管理系数概念,建立统一的量化管理标尺,同时结合德尔菲法、类比估算法等评估方法,量化工作任务评估、工作资源分析、工作负荷和工作效率评价。
In R&D project management process, through quantifying management, we can realize the scientific allocation, process management and evaluation. The accumulation of data management can be the basis of the entire system continuous improvement. With the increase of requirements of management efficiency and accuracy, how to establish an effective quantification management system is one of the development trends of PCB R&D project management. In this paper, we set up some project management factors, establish a unified quantitative management criterion, and combine Delphi technique, Analogous estimates, to quantify task evaluations, quantify job resources analysis, quantify work load and quantify work efficiency evaluation.
