Research of dynamic compensation

PCB板制作过程中由于设计的差异,若按照相同的补偿量进行补偿,蚀刻后会出现局部线宽有差异而影响品质。通过选择几种典型的图形设计按照设定值进行补偿研究,找出了其中蚀刻量变化的规律,最后依据蚀刻量差异确定补偿规则。

Because the design is different but compensation is the same, after etching, some line width is out of control. This paper have studied the dynamic compensation of several typical design model, we found the etching rule of different design then confirmed the compensation rule.
