摘要
在PCB生产过程中,需要使用干膜、阻焊油墨等光敏材料。为了保证生产过程中不产生不希望的曝光,在干膜、感光阻焊制程中往往采用不含有紫外线成分的黄光灯管。尽管黄光灯无紫外线成分,避免了对产品的影响,但昏黄的灯光对于员工的生产效率产生了负面效应。文章针对LED灯管对PCB光敏材料的影响进行测试,分析LED灯管运用于PCB生产过程的可行性,为提高生产效率、降低成本提供了新的尝试。
There are a lot of photosensitive materials In order to insure the photosensitive materials unexposed as such as dry film, solder mask ink in PCB manufacture. hoped, the yellow light lamps are used in dry film and solder mask ink printing procedure. The yellow light lamps make the operators to decrease the efficiency although they don't affect the photosensitive materials. This paper analyses the impact of LED lamp on PCB photosensitive materials and introduces a new attempt of increasing the efficiency and decreasing the cost.
