摘要
为提高煤矿巷道掘进自动化程度,实现高效集约化生产,提出一种基于PC/104工业控制计算机、嵌入式Linux操作系统和CAN总线通信的设计方案,其中监控上位机是实现掘进机远程监控技术的关键。介绍了监控上位机的系统结构,嵌入式平台的构建方法,监控软件的关键技术以及实现的功能。该上位机系统经实际运行表明,性能稳定可靠,实现了掘进机的远程监控,达到了预期的设计目标。
In order to improve the automatic of basic tunneling face at underground mine and realize high efficiency intensive production, the design scheme is proposed based on PC/104 industrial computer, embedded Linux operation system and CAN bus communication. The host computer is the key part to realize remote monitoring technology of roadheader. Introduces the system structure of monitoring host computer, construction method of embedded platform, key technology of monitoring software and their functions. This host computer system shows stable and reliable performance, which realize remote control of roadheader, and achieve anticipative target of design.
