摘要
针对现阶段使用的深度指示器(牌坊式和圆盘式)测量误差大,结构笨拙,易受钢丝绳打滑、蠕动或拉伸变形等影响,提出对新型深度指示器的探究。激光深度指示器系统测量精度高,集测量系统与监控系统于一体,对提升机的位置、速度以及加速度进行实时监控,不仅实现在提升机运行过程中的限位过卷保护、限速过速保护,避免过卷、过速等安全隐患的发生,而且可提高设备运行的自动化程度。
The current depth indicators in mines (memorial archway type depth indicator and disc type depth indicator) have some problems, such as big measurement error, clumsy structure, vulnerable to the rope slipping, peristalsis or tensile deformation. This situation leads to the exploration of the new depth indicator. The laser depth indicator precision is high, which combines measuring system and monitoring system together, provides real-time monitor for hoist positioning, speed and acceleration. It can not only realize overwinding protection by position limit, over speed protection by velocity limit and avoiding some hidden danger, but also improve automatic level during equipment operation.
