摘要
分析了井下排水工况的多样性和对排水设备需求的特点,根据灰色预测模糊PID控制理论,构建了井下自动排水系统。该系统经实际运行,解决了自动排水的控制问题,实现了对突发涌水危险工况的有效应对,达到节能降耗的效果。
Analyzes the multi-features of drainage system at underground mine and the needs of drainage equipment, the automatic drainage system is constructed according to grey prediction fuzzy PID control theory. The system solves the control problem of automatic drainage by practical operation and realizes the effectively response to sudden water burst, which achieves the energy saving effect.
