摘要
基于部队对具备较强实际操作能力与实践创新能力人才的迫切需求,本文对实践性教学模式、教学理念、教学体系、教学方法等相关问题进行了思考,为新一轮人才培养方案制定提供参考。
In order to meet the urgent need for the personnel with remarkable practical and innovative ability, the practicality teaching model, the teaching idea, the teaching system and methods are researched, which can offer reference for the new personnel training program.
