摘要
创新是民族崛起的灵魂。在研究型教学中着重探讨了如何培养学生的创新能力和创新意识,提出了以"培养野孩子、做自信老师"为核心的八条教学方法。实践表明,新一代学生具有很强的创新能力,正确的创新激励措施至关重要。
The ability of innovation is the soul of a nation in rising. This article describes how to cultivate the students＇ ability of innovation in research-oriented teaching. Eight teaching methods are proposed in this paper, whose keys are cultivating mild students and being self- confident teachers. The new generation has shown their powerful innovation ability, and the correct inspiriting from teachers is very important.
