摘要
提出了将虚拟仪器技术应用于过程控制和以实时图像化方式监控过程控制系统的方案.以单容水箱液位控制系统为例,通过USB接口的摄像头采集实时现场图像,利用LabVIEW平台开发了液位测量与处理、现场图像采集与处理、远程传输、PID控制算法等程序,实现远程可视化液位监控.实验结果表明,工作人员不用亲临现场,便可以通过现场图像监控过程控制系统的运行情况,保证系统的可靠与运行.
The paper pul forward a design scheme,in which the virlual instrument technology is applied to the process control system,and the system is monitored by real-time field images. A process control system of a water tank liquid level is as an example. By using I.abVIEW soft, some programs are developed, incluing liquid level measurement, treatment, field images collection and treatment, remote transmission, PID algorithm etc. The process control system is monitored and comroled by the program with remote and visual images. The results show that the workers can monitor and control the system by visual images, not be in field, and can ensure the system running safely.
