摘要
文章通过综述日粮精粗比对肉牛瘤胃发酵、生产性能、牛肉品质和营养物质消化率等方面的影响,为合理调制日粮、提高肉牛饲料利用率、提高肉牛增重速度和提高肉牛育肥经济效益提供参考资料与理论依据。
This paper elaborated that the forage to concentrate ratio had effects on rumen fermentation, the production performance, beef quality and nutrient digestibility, which was provided reference material and the oretical basis for reasonable modulation ration, improving the beef cattle feed utilization rate, improving the beef cattle weight gain speed and improving the economic benefit of beef cattle fattening.
