Religious Belief and Oral Cultural Transmission of the Cross-Border Ethnic Groups——A Case Study of Lisu People in Yunnan

傈僳族人口分布主体在云南省,在东南亚地区也有分布。20世纪上半叶基督教传入境内傈僳族地区以来,对傈僳族社会文化产生了深远影响,傈僳族的跨境居住格局及境内外基督教的互动传播深刻改变、重组着傈僳族的社会文化结构,尤其对族群文化认同与口头传统传承提出了严峻的现实课题。

Lisu people live in Yunnan Province and parts of the Southeast Asia. In early 20th century, the introduction of Christianity has made a huge impact on the social and cultural life of Lisu area. Moreover, the religious communication between cross-border ethnic groups is re- structuring the Lisu society, and it has posed a threat to the cultural identity and oral cultural transmission of the ethnic groups.
