摘要
在社会经济转型时期,我国劳动关系发生了深刻变化,伴随这种变化,工会组织也面临前所未有的挑战。如何从制度安排上建立适应社会主义市场经济的劳动关系协调机制,工会组织如何发挥应有作用,成为亟待破解的问题。
The profound changes have taken place in our country during social and economic transforma- tion period. The trade union organization will face unprecedented challenge under these conditions. So it is necessary to establish the coordination mechanism of labor relationship fitting a socialist market economic structure, and it is of vital importance to think about how the trade union organization had acted.
