摘要
本文基于人性假设论,将教师分为"生存型"、"享受型"、"发展型"三类。提出在制定"教师流动政策"时,充分考虑不同教师的特点和需要,使教师能在达成组织目标的同时获致个人目标的满足。从而完成从"服从"到"参与"的转变,真正实现"教师流动"政策身上所承担的任务和责任。
According to Human Nature Assumption, teachers can be classified into three groups, which are teaching for necessity, teach- ing for enjoyment and teaching for fulfillment. Taking each group' s feathers and demands into consideration, the strategy teacher flow at regular interval can not only help teachers meet their personal needs~ but also achieve balanced development of education. Only in this way, can teachers take part in the ~ flow' voluntarily and fulfill the ~sponsibility of the strategy.
