解析高职院校工学结合模式下教学管理中的问题

Analysis of the Problems of Teaching Management under Work-integrated Learning Model in Higher Vocational College

高职院校是培养高素质技能型人才的重要场所,肩负着培养面向生产、服务、管理等各行业所需人才的使命。为了达到这一培养目标,高职院校正轰轰烈烈的开展工学结合的教学改革,但同时也存在着一些问题,本文从高职院校工学结合模式下的教学管理中的问题进行分析,探索研究提高工学结合实效性的具体对策,提高工学结合模式下高职院校的办学水平和人才培养质量。

The higher vocational coUeges is an important place to cultivate high-quality skilled talents, and shoulder the mission for train- ing talents iri the production, service and management. For achieving goal, college are promoting the teaching reform of work-integrated learning. But there are many problems. This paper discusses some problems in the teaching management, explores some countermea- sures, improve the quality of talents training and the schooling level.
