宁夏和阿拉伯国家的旅游合作有极大的发展空间。宁夏与阿拉伯国家的旅游合作以文化相通、资源互补、交往互助为基础；而政府高度重视区域文化产业的发展为区域旅游合作提供了机遇；双方在合作时，应在市场、产品、技术等方面加强互助合作；在合作中应注意中东政局带来的合作领域的选择、文化习俗差异带来的穆斯林间的文化冲突、近期合作与长期合作的问题以及宁夏的伊斯兰文化氛围营造等方面的问题。
