摘要
通过对刘易斯拐点的涵义及研究现状分析,对我国饭店业的人力资源管理状况做出了分析,以招聘、使用和管理为切入点,给出了相应的建议。在招聘中要注意数量、质量和潜力的权衡;在使用中要实现信任一满意一忠诚;在管理中要巧妙运用法、理、情三大核心要素。随着社会经济的不断发展,一些细节研究的还要继续,对刘易斯拐点理论给出的启示要予以重视,尤其是饭店业属于典型的劳动密集型行业。
through analysis of the meaning and research status of the Lewis Turning Point, calling into question the status of human resources management in the hotel industry in China, giving solutions suggest to the various questions from the point of recruitment, use and management. We should pay attention to the quantity, quality and potential tradeoffs in recruitment; we should achieve satisfaction-trust-loyalty in use; we should cleverly use three core elements of law, reason and emotion in management. Finally, the study of details needs to continue. It is very important for hotel industry to solve the problems of human resource management, according to the enlightenment of Lewis turning point.
