摘要
目的观察枸杞籽油对慢性脑低灌注损伤大鼠空间记忆及皮层自由基代谢的影响。方法 SD大鼠50只,随机分为假手术组、模型组及枸杞籽油高、中、低剂量组,除假手术组外,其余各组经双侧颈动脉结扎建立慢性脑低灌注损伤模型,枸杞籽油80、40、20μL.kg-1灌胃60 d后,进行Morris水迷宫实验,检测其空间记忆能力,水迷宫实验结束后,取大鼠海马及皮层组织测其T-AOC活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与假手术组相比,模型组出现明显的学习记忆障碍,治疗组较模型组学习记忆障碍有明显改善。与模型组相比,治疗组脑组织内T-AOC活性显著升高,MDA含量明显降低。结论枸杞籽油能明显减轻大鼠慢性脑缺血所致认知功能障碍,可能与其清除自由基作用有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of lycium seed oil on chronic cerebral hypoperfusion induced cognitive injury in rats. METHODS Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into sham - operated group, model group, high - dosage group, middle - dosage group and low - dosage group. The bilateral cervical artery of all the rats were ligated with the exception of sham - operated group. The ability memory of rats were detected by the Morris water maze experiment after the drug groups were administered for 60 days, and the content of total anti -oxidation ability(T- AOC) and activity of malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected in hippocampi and cortical tissue. RESULTS Learning and memory impairment was significantly ameliorated in the model group compared to that of the sham - operated group. Compared with model group,the activity of MDA was reduced and T - AOC was increased in the therapy group. CONCLUSION Lycium seed oil can significantly reduce the chronic cerebral ischemia induced cognitive dysfunction in rats, which may be related to scavenging free radicals.
