摘要
目的采用QNMR法测定川芎药材中有效成分Z-藁本内酯和洋川芎内酯A的含量。方法以1,4-二硝基苯作为内标,采用5 mm SEI探头,探头温度298.2 K,扫描次数(NS)32次,延迟时间(d1)20 s。定量特征信号选择为Z-藁本内酯C6-H和洋川芎内酯A的C3-H峰。结果 Z-藁本内酯和洋川芎内酯A的含量分别为0.7383%、0.5268%。结论 QNMR法快速、准确、不需参照物、样品制备简单、操作简便。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of Z - ligustilide and senkyunolide A in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort. by QNMR. METHODS The analysis was conducted using 1,4 - dinitrobenzol as an internal standard, the 5 mm SEI probe temperature is 298.2K with NS = 32 and dl = 20 s. C6 - H of Z - ligustilide and C3 - H of senkyunolide A peaks were chosen as the characteristic peaks. RESULTS The content of Z - ligustilide and senkyunolide A were 0. 7383% and 0.5268% , respectively. CONCLUSION QNMR is rapid, accurate, and does not need the standard reference and complex sample preparation.
