摘要
目的测定不同产地白术水煎液中白术内酯Ⅲ的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(55∶45),检测波长220 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温30℃。结果白术内酯Ⅲ在测定范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.00%,RSD=1.04%。结论所用方法操作简单、快捷、重复性好、准确度高,可用于白术的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of atractylode Ⅲ in water solution of Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma from different habitats. METHODS The HPLC separation was detected with DAD at 220 nm and was carried out with methyl cyanides - water(55:45) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1. The column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The linear scope was good in the range of determination, the average recovery was 97.00% , and the relative standard deviations (RSD) was 1.04%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, fast, well repeaetable and highly accurate, high accuracy, which can be used as the quality control method for Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma.
