摘要
目的探讨不对称菱形切口在眦赘皮矫正术的疗效。方法对我科在2009年6月-2011年施行67例不对称菱形切口内眦赘皮矫正术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者术后均获得随访,随访时间是3个月～24个月。66例患者术后内眦赘皮矫正满意,切口瘢痕不明显。仅1例双侧内眦赘皮矫正不满意。结论不对称菱形切口内眦赘皮矫正术具有临床疗效良好,无明显瘢痕和极少复发。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect on the epicanthus correction with asymmetric rhomboidal incision. Methods From June 2009 to November 2011, the clinical data of 67 cases received epicanthus correction with asymmetric rhomboidal incision were analyzed retrospectively. Results The follow-up was got in all cases. The follow-up time was from 3 to 24 months. Sixty-six cases of the epicanthuses were corrected well after operation. And the incisional scars were not obvious. Improvement of bilateral epicanthuses were not satisfactory in one case. Conclusion Epicanthus correction of asymmetric rhomboidal incision has a good efficacy, no obvious scar and few recurrence.
