结直肠癌作为消化系统的常见恶性肿瘤,一直以手术切除作为有效的治疗方法。近年有较多文献的数据显示,腹腔镜与开腹结直肠癌根治术在并发症的发生率方面无显著差异。本文就腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术的并发症进行防治阐述。

Colorectal cancer is the one of the most common malignant tumor and surgical operation has been the most effective therapy for it. In the recent years, more and more data from literatures show that there are not significant difference between laparoscopic and open colorectal radical resection. This article is to explain the prophylaxis and treatment of complications inthe radical resction of colorectal cancer laparoscopy.
