Philosophical Thought on and Implementation of Ecological Civilization

我们曾经拥有过通透的生态理性,然而在经济发展的洪流中丢失了,以致生态危机频现,迫使我们不得不反思自己的价值观和生活方式,重新找回对生态文明的尊崇和追求。生态保护始终是一项投入大见效慢而且效果显性不足的事业,与政府一贯的经济追求相悖。故此,当下生态文明建设的关键是转变政府职能,抑制政府GDP政绩冲动,生态文明建设的长效动力是教育出具备人文与科学综合素质的国民。

EWith the flood current of rapid developing economy, we lost the full ecological rationality that we had it. As a result, ecological crisis appears frequently, and we have to reflect on our own values and way of life so as to retrieve the respect and pursuit for ecological civilization. This paper argues that ecological protection is always a cause which has more spending, takes too long to reach fruition, has no dominant effect, as well as contrary to the government＇s economic pursuit. Therefore, the key to the construction of ecological civilization is to transform the government functions, restrain government＇s GDP work performance impulse. A long- term driving force for ecological civilization construction is to educate the nationals who have comprehensive qualities of science and humanities.
