低分子量聚合物黏度特性研究

摘要 由于大庆油田三类油层渗透率非常低,上千万分子量的聚合物不适用,而400万分子量的聚丙烯酰胺应用效果较差,因此根据大庆油田地质及聚合物应用情况,筛选出浓度、温度、黏土、蒙托土和盐主要控制因子对800万低分子量聚合物溶液黏度的影响进行试验,研究结果表明:低分子量聚合物溶液浓度越高,黏度越大。温度、黏土、蒙脱土、钙镁阳离子、盐均会导致溶液黏度下降。 The technology of flooding oil-extraction, which is an important method of enhanced oil recovery in Daqing Oilfield, has already been widely applied to industrialization and achieved good flooding effects. The influence of the main controlling factors, such as concentration, temperature, clay, montmorillonite, salt and so on, the viscosity of 8 millions low molecular weight polymer solution has been done because the tertiary-main layers of Daqing Oilfield stand in a very low permeability, the polymer of tens of millions of molecular weight are not applicable and the application effect of 4 millions molecular weight polyacrylamide is not good. The experimental results indicate that the concentration of low molecular weight polymer solution is higher, the viscosity is bigger. The solution viscosity will be decline because of the existence of temperature, clay, montmorillonite, calcium magnesium cations and salt.
