The training base construction is a key point for the higher vocational schools to improve their school running conditions,reveal their features and promote their teaching qualities.This article talks briefly on the principles for this construction and by taking Hangzhou Science and Technology Vocational College as an example,it expounds on the basis for its planning,the principles and goals of the construction,management system and rules,supporting conditions and measures,etc in order to promote the construction of training basis in the comprehensive higher vocational schools.
