当前部分大学毕业生走向社会、走上工作岗位后,在2到3年的社会适应期内,心中充满了矛盾和困惑,这些矛盾和困惑既有来自工作的,也有生活上的,以致大学生出现了依恋心理、自我否定心理、失望心理、寻求理解和机会的心理、攀比和嫉妒心理等一些特殊的心理表现。大学毕业生应培养健康的个性意识、积极的创造意识、现代社会的竞争意识、全方位的开放意识、坚毅的牺牲意识,逐步形成良好的心理品质,才能完成从学生心态向职业人心态的转变,顺利度过社会适应期。

Nowadays, some graduates are often full of conflicts and confusion in their mind during the first two or three years after they go to the society and begin to work ,which come from both of work and life, hence there are some special psychological performance such as dependent psychology, self-denial psychology, disappointment psychology, the psychology to seek understand and opportunities, bandwagon and envy psychology. College graduates should develop healthy personality consciousness, positive creative consciousness, competitive consciousness in modem society, all-round opening consciousness and determined sacrifice consciousness to further improve their good mental qualities so that they can realize the transformation of mentality from a student to a professionaland pull through the adoptive period successfully.
