摘要 在国际教育中,文化的客观差异导致了学生学习方式和行为方式的差异,针对这一管理难题,必须在文化包容、文化理解、文化尊重中寻求出路,提出"中西课程均注重过程性评价,让学生淡化考试功利,注重平时积累","共同制定规则,协同执行,用规则和诚信看护校园","尊重学生差异,搭建平台,分层培养,分类选修"的教育策略,让学生能够融汇中美文化的优势,既有中国情怀,又有一定的世界视野。 In international education, cultural differences result in students' learning and behavioral differences, which can be solved by virtue of cultural tolerance, understanding and respect. The corresponding educational strategies must be adopted as follows: Sino-western curricula all give priority to process assessment, which can help students dilute their utilitarian objectives, but attend to daily accumulation; Regulations must be laid down together, and enforced jointly, and campus protected with rules and credibility; Students' differences should be stressed, and platform constructed, and students must be euhivated in different stratum, and optional course must be classified, so that students can integrate the advantages of Sino-American cultures for both China's and international visions.
