环境容量计算方法探讨

利用实测的水文数据,经过水文计算获得的水流量具有科学的合理性,由此推算的环境容量比现行的用年平均流量计算的环境容量更具代表性,对环境评价、环境规划具有现实意义。

Using the hydrological data measured ,the water flow calculated by hydrological computation has the rationality of science, the environmental capacity estimated by the calculation method is more representative than that of calculated by the current average annual flow capacity of the environment, and so it has realistic significance to the environmental assessment and environmental planning.
