国家示范性软件学院工程硕士培养导师组模式探析

Analysis of the Group Tutoring Method for Master of Engineering Program in National Pilot Software College

结合国家示范性软件学院实际,针对工程硕士专业学位研究生传统培养体制面临的诸多挑战,北京工业大学软件学院积极进行导师组培养模式的探索与实践,取得了较为满意的效果。结合实践探索经验,本文对如何使导师组培养模式兴利除弊、切实发挥实效亦予以阐述,以供借鉴。

Facing many challenges in overcoming the limitations exhibited in the traditional Master of Engineering programs, the School of Soitware Engineering at Beijing University of Technology has proposed and experimented with a group-tutoring method based on the reality that all the National Pilot Software Colleges have to face and the results so far seem to be primarily satisfactory. This paper summarizes the main results and discusses how to make such a group-tutoring method Offer the most benefits based on real practices of alalalvin~ this method, which mac serve as a reference for future study and experiment.
