摘要
采用低分子量酚醛树脂制备杨木单板层积材(LVL),对杨木单板层积材产品吸水厚度膨胀率的影响因素进行分析,结果表明:经过PF处理的杨木单板层积材吸水厚度膨胀率与PF树脂的浓度和单板的压缩率有关,与组坯方式、热压时间和热压温度无关。
The analysis of the factors influencing the thickness swelling rate of poplar LVL products is made when low molecular weight phenolic resin is used to prepare poplar LVL. The results show that the thickness swelling rate of poplar LVL treated with PF has something to do with the concentration of PF resin and veneer compression rate and has nothing to do with structure form, pressure time and pressure temperature.
