摘要
分析了甘蔗的结构及物理力学参数,研究了往复式切割器切割甘蔗蔗茎的机理,建立了往复式切割器切割甘蔗时的受力模型,得出了甘蔗切破头的切割状态,这对往复式收割机的设计以及降低甘蔗破头率具有重大意义。
The structure and physical and mechanical parameters of sugarcanes are analyzed, the mechanism for cutting sugarcane stalk with reciprocating cutters is studied, and a force model of cutting sugarcanes with reciprocating cutters is established, thereby obtaining the status in which sugarcanes are broken during cutting, which is of great importance for thedesign of reciprocating harvesters and the reduction in the rate of broken sugarcanes.
