2013年初,我国民资进入电信业出台首个实质性举措,引发行业内外多方热议及关注。本文回顾了相关背景历程,展望了今后民资进入电信业的整体趋势,并就此对产业链各方(运营商、民资、消费者)带来的影响,进行了一一分析。
The policy to introduce private capital in telecom sector has caused great concern. This arti- cle reviews the background and progress of the mar- ket open, provides a glimpse into the future of tele- corn service sector, and analyzes the impacts on the players on the industry chain, including operators, private companies as well as the consumers.
