摘要
国内在高速铁路预应力混凝土连续梁桥悬臂灌筑法施工中,大多采用各T构同步施工技术,而由于特殊原因造成各T构不同步时,就给施工线形控制造成了困难,并给合龙带来了风险。就盘海营高速铁路盘海特大桥一联(45+70+70+45)m预应力混凝土连续梁临时T构不同步灌筑影响线性控制的因素——停工阶段的截面应力梯度、徐变等进行探讨,并提出改善线形的思路和方法,实际应用表明效果良好。
Most of the cantilever casting construction methods of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge of high-speed railway in China are synchronized construction of each T structure, which will cause difficulties to the linear control and bring risk to the bridge close due to some special reasons. This paper discusses the section stress gradient and the creep of the lay-off stage, factors which influence the linear control in the Panhai super bridge and puts forward some ideas and methods to the linear improving, which has a good effect in practical application.
