大学生的培养、管理之我见

On Cultivation and Management of University Students

人是管理的中心要素,其综合能力的高低决定着管理目标的实现进程。企业对大学生的培养与管理不仅是其自身适应社会激烈竞争的需要,更是满足未来发展需求的必然选择。分析企业对大学生应着重培养、管理的五个方面,并指出提高大学生能力的需解决的五方面问题。

Human beings are the central element of management, and their comprehensive abilities determine the realization process of management goal. Cultivation and management from an enterprise is not only a need of university students in adapting the fierce social competition, but also an inevitable choice for satisfying the future development. This paper gives an analysis on five aspects that an enterprise needs to do in cultivating and managing university students, and points out five problems that university students need to solve in improving their ability.
