“创学结合”人才培养模式的构建举措

Construction of the Talent Cultivating Model of “Integration of Entrepreneurship and Academic Education”

针对目前国内高职院校创业教育与学业教育相脱离的现状,提出构建"创学结合"的人才培养模式,并就人才培养模式构建中的实践平台的建设、课程体系的建设、师资队伍的培养、考核机制的确定等相关问题提出管见。

With regard to the current situation of the separation of entrepreneurship education and the academic education in vocational colleges, the talent cultivating model of ＂integration of entrepreneurship and academic education＂ is proposed. And the suggestions relating to the practice platform, the curriculum system and the teacher＇s trainning in the process of the construction of the model are also put forward.
