社会支持护理与卵巢癌患者生活质量相关性分析

Analysis of the correlation between nursing care with social support and the quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer

目的:分析社会支持护理同卵巢癌患者的生活质量关系,以便在日常生活中有效地提高患者的生活质量。方法:将45例门诊及住院患者的生活质量、社会支持量、一般情况进行调查,将相互间存在的关系进行分析。结果:社会支持同患者的生活质量成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌症患者生活质量与社会支持关系密切,护理人员在临床护理时应该为卵巢癌症患者提供有效、全面、优质的护理,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：To analyze the relationship between nursing care with social support and the quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer so as to effectively improve the quality of life of patients in daily life. Methods ： The investigation was made on the social support, quality of life and general conditions of 45 outpatient and hospitalized patients and the correlation was analyzed. Results ：The quality of life of the patients was positively correlated with social support （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The quality of life of the patients has close relationship with social support, therefore nursing staff should provide effective, comprehensive and high quality nursing care for the patients so as to improve their quality of life.
