摘要
2012年3月,国家电网公司在2005年版的基础上颁布了《国家电网公司十八项电网重大反事故措施》(修订版)。本文结合省内外电网开关类设备发生的故障事例,重点解读了新版开关反措中有关开关类设备局部放电、机械操作试验、现场安装和开关柜绝缘等存在问题及反事故措施,为河南电网开关类设备的运行和维护积累经验。
On the basis of the 2005 version, ＂The 18 major anti-accident measures of STATE GRID （Revised Edition）＂ was issued in March 2012.By combing with failure examples in power grid switches inside and outside province something of the partial discharge and operation test and installation on-site and anti-accident measures on switching equipment were discussed in the paper.Experience is J accumulated for the Henan power grid.
