电网安全设计研究

Design and Research of Grid Security

安全设计指设计既要满足技术规范,又要符合实际和实用,有利于电网安全运行、维护和检修,贯穿于勘测、设计、施工、运行全过程。安全设计是确保电网安全运行的必要条件,是勘测设计人员的责任和义务。本文通过对勘测设计中大量实例的研究,提出了实现电网安全设计的方法。

Safety design refers to the design should not only meet the technical specifications,but also accord with the actual and practical, beneficial to the safe operation of power grid, the maintenance and overhaul ,throughout the survey,design, construction, operation process.Safety design is to ensure the safe operation of power grid is a necessary condition, survey and design personnel＇s responsibility and obligation.Based on the survey and design of the large number of examples of research,put forward to realize Dower ~rid safety design method.
