详细阐述了用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定硅铁中锰含量的不确定度评定。
The uncertainty in determination of Mn content in ferro-silicon by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry （ICP-AES） originates from measurement repeatability, concentration and volume of sample solutions and sample size. The uncertainty in determination is evaluated and both combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated.
