摘要
随着国家高速铁路的快速发展,高速车轮的国产化任务刻不容缓,马钢于2009年启动了动车组车轮用钢生产线改造工程,马钢电炉厂应运而生。随着钢轧产品自动判定系统的成熟运用,电炉产品自动化判定系统的开发迫在眉睫。文章重点阐述了电炉产品实现自动判定对提高特种设备用钢产品判定准确率的重要性。
With rapid development of high-speed railway in China, it becomes very urgent to high-speed train wheels. Masteel launched its transformation project of steel production line for MU train wheels in 2009, emerging as Masteel electric arc furnace （EAF）. It is urgent to develop an automatic judgment system for EAF products. The automatic judgment of EAF steel for special equipment and the importance of improving the judgment accuracy are discussed in detail.
