三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定硫磷混酸溶样法测定全铁实践

摘要 通过对国标GB/T6730.65-2009铁矿石全铁含量的测定-三氯化钛还原重铬酸钾滴定法中硫磷混酸溶样与理化检验二站现行测定全铁分析方法相比较,对不同部分作了一些相关条件试验,证明理化检验二站现行的方法与国标基本一致,并给出了准确测定全铁的注意事项。 It is proved that the method for determining the total iron in iron ore under use basically agrees with na- tional standard through comparison tests with the method of Titanium Trichloride Reduction and Potassium Dichromate Titration with sample decomposition by sulfur-phosphorus mixture acid specified in GB/T6730.65-2009. Related condition tests of different parts were carried out. Matters for attention in accurate measurement of total iron were also provided.
