摘要
建立了X射线荧光光谱法测定轻烧白云石中氧化钙、氧化镁、二氧化硅、磷的方法。试样以四硼酸锂做熔剂、溴化铵做脱模剂制备玻璃熔片,以标准物质和高纯碳酸钙、高纯氧化镁制备标准样片做校正曲线,应用基本参数法进行校正回归,试样测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=10)RSD在0.20%~3.00%之间。用化学法同时进行比对试验,两种方法的测定结果相符,满足轻烧白云石的检测需求。
An analysis method for determining CaO, MgO, SiO2 and P in light-burnt dolomite using X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF) was established. Glass fuse was prepared with lithium tetraborate as the flux and ammonium bromide as the mold spray; and calibration curve was drawn using standard sample pieces made with standard material and high-purity calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide; while basic parameters were used to make calibration regression. The relative standard deviation (n= 10) RSD of the test result was in the range of 0.2 %-3.00%. Comparison test by chemical method produced the same result, proving that the XRF method can meet the analysis requirement of light-burnt dolomite.
