摘要
合金在冶炼冷却过程中,其所含元素存在偏析。在取、制样过程中,存在着一定的偏差,为了减少偏差提高准确率,保证所抽取的合金样块制成的试样更具有代表性,通过对取、制样方法的改进和优化,是可以达到的。
Segregation of elements contents exists in alloys during smelting and cooling processes, leading to deviation in sample taking and preparation. In order to reduced deviation, increase accuracy and ensure the representativeness of sampled alloy specimen, the sample taking and preparation method was improved and optimized.
