摘要
采用局部均值与局部标准差法对海洋TM卫星影像进行质量评估,利用这种方法对同时相不同波段影像以及对不同时相相同波段影像进行质量比较。在噪声探测技术基础上,人工剔除水深突变点,处理噪声点,最终得到保留水深变化信息的高质量遥感数据。
This paper uses local means and local standard deviations method(MLSD) to detect noise and evaluate the quality of ocean multi-spectral images by comparing images in different bands at the same time with those in the same bands at different time. Based on noise detecting, the mutational points of depth are manually removed and the noise is wiped off for the high-quality remote sensing data with depth changing information remained.
