密蒙花方对非增殖期糖尿病视网膜眼底病变影响的研究

Impacts on Fundus Lesions in Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy Treated with Flos Buddlejae Formula

目的观察密蒙花方对非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变视力、眼底病变、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)变化的影响。方法将确诊为气阴两虚的非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者245例随机分为两组,治疗组124例,对照组121例,分别给予密蒙花方及羟苯磺酸钙胶囊治疗,连续用药3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后视力、眼底病变、眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)的变化。结果密蒙花方可提高非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变患者远视力,有效率13.6%,并改善眼底病变及荧光造影表现,对眼底治疗的有效率为37.5%,荧光造影检查有效率20.6%。治疗组提高远视力,改善眼底病变及荧光造影表现优于对照组。结论密蒙花方可改善非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变的眼底表现,提高患者远近视力,是防治早期糖尿病视网膜病变、延缓病程的有效药物。

Objective To observe the impacts of flos buddlejae formula on the changes in vision, fundus lesions and fundus fluoreseein angiography（FFA） in non -proliferative diabetic retinopathy（ NPDR）. Methods Two hundred and forty - five cases of NPDR differentiated as qi and yin deficiency were divided into a treatment group（ 124 cases） and a control group（ 121 cases）. They were treated with flos buddlejae for- mula and calcium dobesilate capsules separately and continuously for 3 months. The vision, fundus lesions and FFA changes were observed before and after treatment. Results FIos buddlejae formula improved the distant vision of NPDR patients and the effective rate was 13.6%. It relieved fundus lesions and improved the impression of FFA. The effective rate of fundus lesion was 37.5% and that of FFA was 20.6%. In the treat- ment group, the results of the distant vision improvement, fundus lesions relief and FFA improvement were su- perior to the control group. Conclusion Flos buddlejae formula relieves fundus lesions of NPDR and im- proves the distant and near vision of the patients. It is the effective drug in the prevention and treatment of early diabetic retinopathy and delays the development of illness.
