摘要
目的探查不同外邪作用下小鼠免疫状态、呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)含量间的关系。方法通过RT-PCR技术检测比较不同外邪作用下正常及免疫低下小鼠气管肺组织中RSV的相对含量。结果与正常组比较,免疫低下组(低免组)与各外邪组(风寒组、寒湿组、湿热组)及免疫低下分别与各外邪共同作用组(低免风寒组、低免寒湿组、低免湿热组)小鼠气管肺组织中RSV含量均显著升高(P<0.01)。与低免组或风寒组比较,寒湿组和湿热组RSV含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与低免组比较,免疫低下分别与各外邪共同作用组RSV含量均显著升高(P<0.01)。免疫低下与外感风寒共同作用对RSV含量有交互作用(P<0.05)。结论异常的气候环境会导致小鼠气管肺组织中RSV含量升高;免疫力低下更易受外界异常气候环境的侵袭而使RSV含量升高,从而使机体容易受到侵袭。
Objective To explore the correlation between the immune state and respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) impacted by different exogenous pathogens in mice. Methods RT- PCR technology was adopt- ed to compare the relevant content of RSV trachea and lung tissues between the mice of normal immune state and those of low immunity impacted by different exogenous pathogens. Results Compared with the normal group, RSV content was all significantly increased in the low immunity group, each exogenous pathogen group and the low immunity + exogenous pathogen groups (P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the low immunity group or the exogenous wind cold group, RSV content in the cold damp group and damp heat group were significantly in- creased (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the low immunity group, RSV content in the low immunity + exogenous pathogen groups was all significantly increased( P 〈 0.01 ). The co - impact of the low immunity and exogenous wind cold presents the interaction on RSV content ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The abnormal climatic environment results in the increase of RSV content in trachea and lung tissues. In the low immune state, the abnormal climatic environment more easily affects the body and increases RSV content.
