Research Status of Dermatology History in Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医皮肤病学历史悠久,总结了我国几千年来劳动人民和皮肤科医家防治疾病的丰富经验和成就,是祖国医学宝库中的重要组成部分,在古今医疗实践中占有重要地位。我国古代文献对皮肤病有较多论述,且代有发挥,保存了皮肤病学精湛的理论和丰富的临床经验,为后世研究提供了十分宝贵的资料。了解中医皮肤病专科史研究现状,进一步深入挖掘古代皮肤病学术发展规律,为目前中医药治疗皮肤病提供一些研究思路上的借鉴,为更好的发挥中医药治疗皮肤病的优势有一定指导意义。

The dermatology in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. It summarizes the rich experiences and achievement of the prevention and treatment of disease by people and dermatology specialists in several thousand years and it is the significant component in Chinese medicine treasures and occupies the magnificent position in medical practice in the ancient and modern time. There are many discussions on skin diseases in Chinese ancient literatures, developed by generations. They have preserved the exquisite theories and rich clinical experiences in dermatology and provided the very valuable data for later study. The research status of dermatology history in traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed and the development rule of acade- my in ancient dermatology was deepened so as to provide some research ideas for the current treatment of skin diseases of traditional Chinese medicine and display a certain guiding significance for the better utilization of the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin diseases.
