Research status and progress on stakeholder game theory in health field

利益相关者理论和博弈论作为重要的理论工具,已广泛地应用于经济学、管理学、社会学等领域,但在卫生领域的应用还不是很深入。笔者就利益相关者理论和博弈论在卫生领域的研究进行梳理评价,并着重于博弈论研究,旨在为国内相关研究的进一步展开提供借鉴,力求在我国卫生改革的背景下能广泛应用这两种理论,促进医疗卫生体制改革有效、顺利地推行与实施。

Being important theoretical tools, stakeholder theory and game theory have been extensively used in economics, management science, sociology and other fields, but they haven＇t been used further in health field. The writer analyzes the research of stakeholder theory and game theory in health field, especially focus on game theory. It＇s in order to provide reference for further domestic research, make these two theories that are widespread used under the background of health system reform and make sure implementation of medical health system reform.
