复方香艾液3种空气消毒方法效果及杀菌作用对照研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察中药制剂复方香艾液不同消毒方法对室内空气消毒的效果及实验室杀菌试验效果。方法在不同时间段,用自然沉降法,对熏蒸、普通喷雾器喷洒和气溶胶喷雾机喷雾3种方法消毒前后的室内空气样本的细菌总数进行动态比较。同时将该药物按10%浓度递减稀释,对大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌进行实验室杀菌试验。结果 3种空气消毒方法均对室内空气中的细菌有抑菌效果,其中熏蒸法抑菌消毒范围局限,普通喷雾法抑菌效果维持时间短,气溶胶喷雾法效果好,维持时间长。实验室研究显示该药物稀释一定浓度后对细菌仍有杀菌效果。结论复方香艾液气溶胶喷雾法是一种较好的消毒方法,能长时间有效维持抑菌效果。 Objective It is to observe the effect of the compound Xiang' ai liquid in different methods for indoor air disin- fection and laboratory-sterilization test. Methods The compound Xiang' ai liquid was used in indoor air disinfection with three methods of fumigating, ordinary sprayer spraying and aerosol sprayer spraying through natural sedimentation in different peri- ods. The total numbers of bacteria in the sampled air were dynamically compared before and after disinfecting. At the same time, the compound Xiang' ai liquid was diluted with concentration reduced 10% each time, and used in laboratory bactericid- al test of escherichia coli, klebsiella pneumonia, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albican. Re- suits All the three methods above for indoor air disinfection had bacteriostatic effect. The fumigation had baeteriostatic effect only in limited range. The ordinary sprayer spraying had hacteriostatic effect in a short time. The aerosol sprayer spraying had bacteriostatic effect best and longest. The laboratorial studies showed that the compound Xiang' ai liquid was diluted to a cer- tain concentration still has bactericidal effect. Conclusion Using compound Xiang' ai liquid with aerosol spray method can be effectively hacteriostatic for a long time, it is a good disinfection method.
